2. What additional forms are needed to apply for aid besides the FAFSA? (CSS Profile? Tax Return?) What are the deadlines?

3. What are the projected increases in tuition over the next few years?

4. Can you do a preliminary estimate for your school on how much aid we might be eligible for?

Questions to ask while on college visits:

1. What is the total cost to attend, including all fees and living expenses?

2. Is the school “need blind” or “need aware”?

3. Are there merit scholarships that are not based on need? What are the deadlines? Do they require a separate application?

4. If my child applies early decision, what happens if we don’t know our aid package before we have to submit the enrollment contract?

CHS SAT Prep Workshop

Columbus High School is offering a SAT Prep workshop in the afternoons beginning Tuesday, September 27th.  This workshop is open to all students and will prepare students for the November 5th SAT.  A donation of $60.00 is required for participation.  Learn test-taking strategies, master various types of problems that commonly appear on the SAT, and take practice tests to help relieve anxiety on test day.  Teachers are available to answer questions and give tips for all three sections of the SAT (Critical Reading, Writing, and Math).
