Summer is a great time to work on college application essays!

Uncategorized

The essay has become a very important part of the student’s application as more and more colleges no longer allow personal interviews. The essay is the student’s voice. Plan on spending quality time developing your essay and anticipate several drafts! Short answer questions shouldn’t be taken lightly, put lots of thought into them also.

Remember the grandmother rule: You should feel comfortable having your grandmother read your essay!!

If you need help brainstorming essay topics or need someone to review your essay, contact College Resource Center at www.crccolumbusga.com or 706-366-2993.
